Twenty-five years ago I went to Dr. DeVita and he successfully removed keloids from my earlobes. Recently, I returned to have a “Mommy’s Apron” removed after having children and losing over 80 lbs. Dr. DeVita explained every detail in a manner that was understandable. He is warm, thoughtful in his responses and caring. His approach was to thoroughly understand the goal I was looking to achieve, strategizing collaboratively on how to make that goal a reality. Dr. DeVita successfully performed a tummy tuck to outstanding results! Prior to surgery, I was asked to bring the smallest bikini bottom I own; Dr. DeVita kept to his promise that the incision would be minimal and hidden. The recovery time was much shorter than we anticipated and I was able to return to work sooner than initially anticipated. My abdominal area is completely flat, I am ecstatic. Dr. DeVita went far above and beyond sculpting my waist, hips and thighs with an incredible, youthful appearance. LeeAnn, the surgical coordinator, is exceptional. She took the time to ensure every question was thoroughly answered and understood during the process. The staff is wonderful and the offices are easily accessible. I had a rhinoplasty with him, he also has done botox and a mole removal from my face. So happy with my rhinoplasty, I LOVE my new nose. I never liked the hook in my nose and I expressed my concerns to dr devita, he handled it from there. I was pretty nervous but dr devita made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands, he answered any questions I had and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I also got Botox from him - lasted the longest and was more happy with the results than other facility I’ve been too. Finally I had a mole just beneath my eyebrow that was simply ugly and dr devita quickly removed it for me. There is no scar, my eyebrows look much more symmetrical. Very happy with every service Dr devita has provided. Really seems to care about his patients and pays very close attention to detail. Also his staff!! So kind and helpful!-February 28th, 2023 I’m 16 years old and I recently had my nose done by Dr.Devita. For years i had been insecure about my nose. I had a hooked nose my whole life but as I got older, it became more prominent. I really wanted to get it done so I began to look for a doctor. A friend of mine who is also my age had recently gotten her nose done by Dr. Devita, and told me to book a consultation with him because of how happy she was with her nose. I was nervous because I’m young and didn’t want my nose to look fake or like it had been worked on. After meeting with him, I had nothing but great things to say about him already. He was so reassuring and explained everything that he was going to do, at the consultation. On the day of my surgery I was extremely nervous, as expected. But the moment I met my nurses, my anesthesiologist, and talked to him, my nerves went away. I felt so comfortable before and after the operation. Everything about him and his staff was so great and made the process so much easier than I expected. I’m currently only 2 months post op and despite it still being swollen, I am already so happy with my nose. It is so natural and exactly what I wanted. I truly believe I wouldn’t get people as wonderful and as personable as they were, anywhere else. I have wanted this surgery since I was 13 years old, and now being 18 right before entering my freshman year of college, my parents let me have this surgery. He explained to me an extended tummy tuck and lipo was a big surgery and would have a long recovery and with a 3 month old he wanted to make sure I was had support at home. He took his time to explain the procedure and what was best for me. After my surgery he made it his business to call me or text me every night for the first week to make sure everything was ok and continues to see me once a week almost 4 weeks post op. He has come out into the waiting room to meet my husband and my father on separate occasions to make sure I was doing well at home. On day 6 of my hospital stay I was told the infection was getting worse and I would require immediate surgery. There wasn't any time to research surgeons, this had to be done immediately. I was fortunate to be at St Francois Hospital which provided incredible care. I was even more fortunate to have Dr Devita as the surgeon who handled the chest muscle flap after the cardio thoracic surgeon cut out the joint and surrounding bone. Dr Devita is a skilled surgeon, and though his work on me was not cosmetic, his skill and experience as a surgeon was pretty clear. I am 6 weeks post op, and for the most part i'm back to life with little discomfort. Every time I saw Dr. Devita for follow up visits, he didn't hurry in and out of the room, He took the necessary time with me, letting me know how I was doing and making sure all my questions were answered. - robert wolk. 12/30/2018 I am one month post op from a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Devita. I was recommended by my mother, who had a breast augmentation from him years ago. It wasn't the worst, but I felt it was just a bit too large at the end and stuck out just a little too far. I felt as if my nose did not belong on my face. My procedure went very smoothly and Dr. DeVita did not even have to break my nose, he just removed some cartilage. Recovery was painful, but the worst of it was over after about 4 days. Just a few weeks later I was back at work and barely anyone noticed something was different, which is exactly what I wanted. Over a year later my family and I could not be happier with my nose. I feel that this is the nose I was meant to have and that a great weight has been lifted off of my own self-image and comfort. Dr. DeVita is a very energetic and positive presence. Every meeting I've had with him, from my first consultation to later follow ups, have been nothing but pleasant. He does speak very fast(I think because he is so busy) so think of any questions you have before hand and make sure to interject and get them in! I was referred to Dr. DeVita by an acquaintance who had received a rhinoplasty from him. Upon our first meeting he offered me a book of before and after pictures of hundreds of his past rhinoplasty patients (and those were just from those who had given consent to use their pictures). I was beyond impressed with his previous work and even came across two people in the book who I know, but had no idea they had had the surgery done! The book was all of the validation I needed and I felt very comfortable proceeding with Dr. DeVita to have my rhinoplasty. Now my nose is exactly what I always wanted and I am very grateful to have come across such a talented plastic surgeon as Dr. DeVita. I highly recommend him. A friend of mine had gone to Dr. DeVita for rhinoplasty and I loved her results.   • My daughter (16) had a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Devita and it has only been 2 weeks since her surgery and the results are amazing! She had a deviated septum, a bump and an enlarged tip. I have wanted this surgery since I was 13 years old, and now being 18 right before entering my freshman year of college, my parents let me have this surgery.
